APPLE CIDER SANGRIA RECIPE

Sangria is the ultimate wine lover’s make-ahead cocktail, and this Apple Cider Sangria tastes just like a day at the orchard. Made with dry white wine, apple cider, cinnamon, and Honeycrisp apples, this recipe is the best balance of refreshing and sweet, and will keep the fall spirits high until the last leaf falls.

So whether you’re at a mountain getaway taking in all the fall colors, making a bonfire with friends, or raking leaves on a crisp afternoon, break out the pitcher and treat yourself to sangria. Even better, place all ingredients in a drink dispenser and invite family and friends to grab a glass! After all, this drink tastes best when shared.

And the best part about this delicious wine cocktail? It takes hardly any time to prepare! Just 10 minutes. Plus, the ingredients are super easy to find. Fruit? Juice? Wine? All of the above, please! If you’re having a hard time finding fresh cranberries, look in the frozen section of your local grocer — you may have better luck locating a bag there. Oranges and pears would work great here as well. Cut pears into squares like the Honeycrisp apple, and make orange pinwheels to really add a touch of fall color.

We recommend prepping this fall sangria recipe at least one hour before serving so the flavors have time to meld, but you can also make it the morning of a get-together and serve in the evening. For this recipe we used our White Wine cans, but if you want a sparkling sangria, use the White Wine with Bubbles. Just make sure to omit the wine at the start of the recipe, and add it right before serving so it doesn’t go flat during the time in the fridge.

So what are you waiting for? Kickoff fall and mix up this autumn sangria, and don’t forget the apple cider donuts on the side.
